Pepe-Sherman Assoc. and Mack Renovations teamed up for another beautiful kitchen renovation located in Bryn Mawr. The home was built in the early 1900’s which can pose challenges during a renovation but luckily they did not run into any. The family needed more cabinets, convert the kitchen into a Kosher Kitchen design without altering the layout drastically, open up a wall, and add additional pantry space in the eat-in-kitchen area. Here are some photos of the job in progress. Custom hardwood cabinets with a light blue stain and brushed nickle hardware. Next up: quartz counter tops, a glass back-splash, installation of two sinks, installation of two dishwashers, installation of crown molding and baseboard.
The kitchen in this home has gone through two make-overs with Pepe-Sherman Assoc. Inc. After over a decade with the last renovation the home owner’s decided to update again, this time including their cabinetry. The kitchen face-lift included new granite counter tops, beautiful mission style knotty-hickory cabinetry, under cabinet lights, new stainless sink, and tumbled marble back-splash.
This double vanity was built in a master bathroom with custom cabinetry, marble counter tops, double sink, make-up counter, and seating.
Pepe-Sherman Assoc. Inc. has a history of making built-in cabinets for their clients from hardwood with wood or glass shelving. Some cabinetry examples are built-in book cases for office and library organization, china cabinets, and display shelves with built-in lighting.
This two story home in Fort Washington, PA got an upgrade by Pepe-Sherman Associates. The roof was raised to create a 3rd floor master-suite. The suite included a bathroom, built in dresser, closets lining the length of the bedroom and a built in head board with storage space.
