The kitchen in this home has gone through two make-overs with Pepe-Sherman Assoc. Inc. After over a decade with the last renovation the home owner’s decided to update again, this time including their cabinetry. The kitchen face-lift included new granite counter tops, beautiful mission style knotty-hickory cabinetry, under cabinet lights, new stainless sink, and tumbled marble back-splash.

This master bathroom renovation began with a major tear out. With the double access doors limiting the layout, Jim Pepe found a great way to reinvent the bathroom. The removal began with a massive in-closed whirl-pool tub/shower where the new glass shower and double vanity are now located. The old double vanity was located where the copper slipper tub now sits. The newly renovated bathroom finally has the open feel it always lacked. The tumbled marble and talavera tile floor has radiant heating, the copper slipper tub is hand hammered with exposed pipe tub filler and wall nook, the walk in shower has a large rain-head with exposed pipe, the cabinets were custom designed and finished to match the Mexican talavera tiles and finished off with hand-painted Mexican sinks and a granite counter top, the walls were finished with a textured plaster to mimic adobe walls, and new hardwood doors were installed throughout the home.
This horse stable and run-in shed were built in Harleysville, PA. The stable includes 5 horse stalls, chicken coop, small farm animal stall for goats and pigs, tack/feed room, large hay-loft accessable from inside and out with a sliding barn door. The run-in shed can accomodate 4 horses and has running water.
This double vanity was built in a master bathroom with custom cabinetry,marble counter tops, double sink, make-up counter, and seating.
Over the years Pepe-Sherman Assoc. has worked on a single home in the woods of Trooper, PA. Some of the work has included additions and renovations. The master bathroom has slate floor tile, travertine shower walls, double-head walk-in shower, privacy toilet stall, and clawfoot tub centered in front of floor to ceiling windows. A guest bathroom was also added to the home with brick flooring and stone walls.
This cedar sided shed with a salt-box roof included a covered space for wood storage and ample interior space for equipment and tools. The door was hung on traditional barn tracking.

The owners decided to hire Pepe-Sherman to build their 2-story addition keeping their home as true to its original beauty as possible. They decided to finish their addition off with stucco and brick accents on the corners.
This large addition was built on to an old farmhouse. The job included multiple additions to the original home, stucco to match the existing building, skylights, and windows of the original style.
