Kitchen Renovation

The kitchen in this home has gone through two make-overs with Pepe-Sherman Assoc. Inc.  After over a decade with the last renovation the home owner’s decided to update again, this time including their cabinetry.  The kitchen face-lift included new granite counter tops, beautiful mission style knotty-hickory cabinetry, under cabinet lights, new stainless sink, and tumbled marble back-splash.

Mexican Inspired Bathroom

This master bathroom renovation began with a major tear out.  With the double access doors limiting the layout, Jim Pepe found a great way to reinvent the bathroom.  The removal began with a massive in-closed whirl-pool tub/shower where the new glass shower and double vanity are now located.  The old double vanity was located where the copper slipper tub now sits.  The newly renovated bathroom finally has the open feel it always lacked.  The tumbled marble and talavera tile floor has radiant heating, the copper slipper tub is hand hammered with exposed pipe tub filler and wall nook, the walk in shower has a large rain-head with exposed pipe, the cabinets were custom designed and finished to match the Mexican talavera tiles and finished off with hand-painted Mexican sinks and a granite counter top, the walls were finished with a textured plaster to mimic adobe walls, and new hardwood doors were installed throughout the home.
